Stand up paddling is the sport of relaxation and well-being within reach of a paddle! Alone, with family or friends, it’s up to you.
For an hour or half a day, the stand up paddle will give you a new point of view on the river and will give you a feeling of freedom out of the everyday traces.
The benefits of this activity on the body and mind are numerous… Come and try it!
